◊ Denotes Pee Wee classes. Pee Wee's cannot participate in both class 36 & 37, must choose one. Pee Wee points will only be accumulated from Pee Wee Classes only.
Pre-entry is ENCOURAGED. Entries for classes 1-10 should be made 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. SCRATCHES must be made 3 classes prior to avoid being charged.
There is a 3 minute gate call. When the gate closes the class is closed. No late entries will be permitted. |

GENERAL SHOW POLICIES · Age as of January 1. · IBHA membership cards, registration papers, youth &/or amateur cards MUST be presented to enter ANY IBHA class. · State law requires proof of negative Coggins Certificate within the current year and out of state horses must show health papers. · IBHA/GLBA approved rules will be used for all classes. · Public address system in the barn area is merely a courtesy. · Weanlings must show IBHA registration papers to show in ANY IBHA class. · All dogs must be leashed. · Unsportsmanlike conduct will NOT be tolerated. Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in removal from show grounds for remainder of weekend. · Show Management reserves the right to split or combine any classes. · In order to be eligible for year end awards, you must be a GLBA member in good standing; points will accumulate after year end award fee is paid. · There are NO year-end awards, vouchers or ribbons for Jackpot classes. Paybacks may be credited to your bill. Jackpot Payback: 75% of entry fees. STALLS: It is recommended that all participants house ALL horses in stalls provided. Prepayment and reservation of the stall(s) must be received by the Wednesday before the show.
SHAVINGS: May be reserved prior to show. HAUL IN BEGINS AFTER 12 NOON ON FRIDAY OF THE SHOW.
CLASS FEES: IBHA, YA, AMATEUR, OPEN $5.00 per CLASS per JUDGE $5.00 per class for Pee Wee exhibitors
SHOW FEES: $35 per weekend STALL FEE $30 per weekend CAMPING $5 per day Trailer In Fee $5 per day per horse GLBA office/IBHA fee $35 fee for each NSF Check
